Pamela Wenner currently works for the Naval Supply Systems (NAVSUP) Command Headquarters. Her 31 years of government service include experience in system administration, web design/maintenance, Information Assurance, Program Management, and she is currently assigned as the NAVSUP Business Systems Strategy/IT Portfolio Manager. A Harrisburg, PA native, Pam grew up in northern PA. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Shippensburg University and a Master of Education degree in Training and Organizational Development from Pennsylvania State University. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School Advanced Program in Logistics and Information Technology; the Federal Executive Institute Leadership for a Democratic Society Program; and is a member of the Acquisition Workforce Community. Pam resides in the Carlisle PA area with her husband. They have 2 adult sons.
Moises Marrero was promoted to the position of Assistant Division Administrator for the Pennsylvania Division Office of the Federal Highway Administration on August 15, 2011. He provides leadership and supervision to an office of 35 professionals that oversees approximately $1.6 billion of annual Federal-aid Highway Program apportionments for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Moises provides leadership to FHWA staff on numerous important initiatives such as Stewardship and Oversight, the delivery of the safety, bridge, and pavement programs, innovation and Every Day Counts (EDC) implementation, civil rights, finance, performance-based management, and workforce succession.
Moises started his career in the private sector as a surveying technician. He gained experience in the fields of project estimation, surveying, design, and general civil engineering. Moises began working for the FHWA in 2002 through the Professional Development Program (PDP) as a Generalist Engineer. Since then he has expanded his experience and responsibilities through various positions and details in the FHWA Divisions of Virginia, Arkansas, Central Federal Lands and FHWA HQs Office. Moises holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico and a Project Management Certificate from the George Washington University.
Sharon Snyder works for the Naval Supply Systems (NAVSUP) Command Headquarters in the Material Budget Division. Her 30 plus years of government service have been entirely within the budget divisions of WSS (SPCC/ICP) and NAVSUP-HQ. She currently is the Financial Management Analyst for the Maritime material budget which is approximately $1.3B/year. Sharon is the WSS’s advocate to FMB, supporting NAVSUP’s request for funding.
Sharon is a Harrisburg area native, graduating from Steelton-Highspire High School in Steelton and The Pennsylvania State University in University Park with a B.S. in Public Service (Government). Sharon is certified at Level 2 in the Defense Financial Management Certification Program. She resides in Harrisburg with her husband, Eric Miller (WSS). She has an adult son, Brad, residing in California and a step-son, Luke, who live with them in Harrisburg.
Carrie Hawk is currently the Deputy Equal Employment Officer and Disability Program Manager for the Navy Supply System Command EEO Office- Mechanicsburg. She has completed the DOD and DON Alternative Dispute Resolution training, and is a certified Mediator and mentor for DON program. Carrie formerly worked as the Public Education Coordinator for Domestic Violence Services of Cumberland & Perry Counties and as a Branch Manager for Members 1st FCU. She has been a Labor Management and Employee Relations Specialist for the CNIC Human Resources Office Mechanicsburg, and an Equal Employment Specialist and Reasonable Accommodations Manager for the Naval Supply System Command EEO Office- Mechanicsburg.Carrie has a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Communication and Theater from Clarion University.
Amy is joining the CPFEA Board of Directors as our Treasurer. Amy is originally from Southern California and is a Financial Specialist with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Pennsylvania Division. She has a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Accounting from Colorado Technical University. Her personal interests include travel, hiking, volunteering with the Central Pennsylvania Junior Achievement, and working as an instructor of the U.S. Naval Sea Cadets Corps.
In Amy’s career with FHWA, she has held positions since 2009 with divisions in Pennsylvania, Nevada, and Alaska. She has also previously been employed with the United States Air Force in Ramstein, Germany. In addition to being an Administrative Director with Murphy Broadcasting in Laughlin, Nevada, and a Business Manager with Plymouth Area Chamber of Commerce in Plymouth, Massachusetts. Some of her accomplishments include graduation from both FHWA Accelerating Management Potential in 2016 and FHWA Leadership Development Academy in 2015, and multiple team and individual awards. She also serves as co-chair for the FHWA Pennsylvania Division’s Leadership Development Academy.
Marlene Steinour currently works for the Naval Supply Systems (NAVSUP) Command. She is a Positive Change Agent and resides as the NAVSUP Headquarters Corporate Culture Champion. She actively engages and supports NAVSUP organizational improvements. She is responsible for planning and organizing an effective approach to include both a quantitative and qualitative review of the 2016 NAVSUP Organizational Assessment Climate Survey. The survey was launched across the enterprise to ~ 8,000 personnel.
Marlene began her Federal career in 1987. Her 28 years of government service includes experience in Procurement, Inventory Management, Program Management, and Special Operations Forces Platform Management and Inventory Management Policy development. Marlene’s supervisory experience encompassed the Program Management Policy and Planning Division at Maritime Operations Directorate, NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Mechanicsburg, PA.
Marlene is a native of Gettysburg, PA. She is a member of the Acquisition Professional Community and holds DAWIA certification in Life Cycle Logistics, Level III. Marlene is a graduate of La Salle University, Philadelphia, PA and holds a MBA from Lebanon Valley College, Lebanon, PA graduating Magna Cum Laude.
